Salary:$14.00 to $18.00 /hour
Pay, promotions and bonuses commensurate with experience and performance.
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Varies 7 days/week/year round/somewhat flexible
Work Location: Greater DFW
Additional Compensation:
$35 cash for every new customer you refer or find
$150 employee referral bonus for any team member referral that stays for 2 months
Skills/Qualifications:
Lift at least 50 lbs and work with buckets of sand, bags of concrete and mixers.
Ability to work 8+ hours each day in extreme weather conditions.
Work quickly and efficient.
Have basic math skills (we work with fractions).
Punctual.
Detail oriented (colors, blemishes, mixtures, errors, straight lines, smooth finishes).
Good physical condition.
Experience/Requirements:
Will train the right person.
Must have a valid DL and good driving record.
Must be at least 18 years old and able to work legally in the US.
Drug free and willing to submit to random drug testing.
