Skills/Qualifications:
- Lift at least 50 lbs and work with buckets of sand, bags of concrete and mixers.
- Ability to work 8+ hours each day in extreme weather conditions.
- Work quickly and efficiently.
- Have basic math skills (we work with fractions).
- Punctual.
- Detail oriented (colors, blemishes, mixtures, errors, straight lines, smooth finishes).
- Good physical condition.

Experience/Requirements:
- Will train the right person.
- Must have a valid DL and good driving record
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work legally in the US
- Drug free and willing to submit to random drug testing.
Additional Information:
- Pay starts at $15/hr.
- Pay, promotions and bonuses commensurate with experience and performance.
Additional Compensation:
- $35 cash for every new customer you refer
